Michael Cox is a Virginia-based real estate investor and entrepreneur who has built a career on helping homeowners navigate challenging property situations with integrity and efficiency. His journey began as a teenager when he discovered “Buy It, Fix It, Sell It, Profit!”—a book that sparked a passion still burning over 20 years later, leading him to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Financial Analysis from Virginia Tech and found Quick Fix Real Estate in 2012. Over the past 13 years, he has personally facilitated the purchase of more than 1,700 houses across multiple states and successfully acquired and sold multiple apartment complexes, building a rental portfolio of 40+ doors, while developing proprietary AI-powered tools that bring cutting-edge technology to traditional real estate investing. Featured on WSLS 10’s Daytime Blue Ridge and leading a BBB-accredited company serving Roanoke, Salem, Christiansburg, Lynchburg, and Charlotte, Michael is also deeply committed to his community through his former service on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters, hands-on building and over $10,000 in support for Habitat for Humanity, and regular mentorship of aspiring real estate investors. When he’s not empowering sellers and building his business, Michael enjoys spending time with his 7-year-old son, Latin dancing, weight training, cooking for family and friends, and being outdoors.
